A necessary condition is that the product is in the same excellent condition in which you received it together with the retail receipt
The item you are returning must also be accompanied by the completed “return form” which you will find here within the exclusive period of fourteen (14) days.
Only unused, undamaged, perfect and unaltered products can be returned.
All products must be delivered to the customer securely packaged and in excellent condition.
Graigos E.E. is not responsible if any accident occurs after misuse.
All products must avoid contact with water or liquids.
Note: If we send you products that are faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the package to secure a replacement.
The normal return procedure does not apply in such cases.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
